Once your order has been shipped, you'll be able to track it's progress here on this page. Please bear in mind that your order will NOT show here BEFORE it has shipped - it only shows up on this page after shipping has started. This will take between 3 and 7 days, so please keep that in mind.
If you have an order confirmation email, then please rest assured that we have your order and will be processing it as soon as possible.
To track your shipment, please enter the shipment tracking number in the box below (the shipment tracking number from the email (eg: LZ123456789CN) not our order number (which looks like "EH-9999").

Some things to keep in mind:
- This is a shipment tracking system and not an order tracking system. The system will not recognise our Einhorn Travel order number. Please enter the shipment tracking number from the shipping confirmation email;
- It can take a few days for this shipment tracking system to be updated - so please give it time. If you have an order confirmation email, then we have received and are processing your order. It may take a couple of days, but it will show up here once the details have been entered by our despatch department;
- We would like to reiterate our normal shipping times according to our shipment policy:
- Our normal shipping times for Premium Shipping are between 5 and 20 days.
- Our normal shipping times for Standard Shipping are between 7 and 28 days.
- Our normal shipping times for Free Shipping are over 30 days without tracking.
